Can't make it to the event? Someone else will be glad to take your ticket. You list it for the price you paid, and that is what comes back to you once it sells. Nobody profits on the ticket price.
Want to resell a ticket?
Four simple steps to put your ticket up for resale safely.
Pick the ticket
Open My tickets in your account and select the tickets you want to resell.
The ticket goes on sale
Your ticket shows up on the event page as available to buy, at the price you paid for it.
Someone buys your ticket
The new buyer pays through our platform. There is nothing for you to do: it all happens automatically.
You get your refund
What you paid for the ticket comes back to you through the same payment method — usually within 5 business days. If the refund does not go through automatically, we will let you know and handle it individually. The service fee from the original purchase does not come back.

Pay for the ticket
You pay the ticket price plus the service fee. For the ticket itself you pay no more than the seller paid. You have 15 minutes to pay from the moment the ticket lands in your basket.
Done!
You get a new ticket with a unique QR code. The seller's old ticket is permanently voided.

The price never goes up
The ticket is passed on for what the seller paid for it, discounts from the original purchase included. The seller makes nothing on it, and the ticket price never goes up.
New QR code
The buyer gets a brand-new ticket with a new QR code. The old one is voided immediately.
Fast refund
The ticket value goes back to the seller automatically, through the same payment method they paid with.
Data protection
The seller and the buyer never see each other's details. Everything goes through the platform.
No risk
If nobody buys it before the event ends, your ticket becomes valid again the moment you scan it at the entrance.

When can you list a ticket?
- The ticket is paid for and active
- The event has not ended yet — you can list a ticket while it is running
- The organizer has enabled resale, or tickets are sold out
- The ticket is not personalised
Good to know
- The service fee from the original purchase is not refunded
- Tickets from one table (group seats) have to be listed together
- You can withdraw the offer any time, as long as nobody has bought the ticket or is paying for it right now
- A ticket bought through resale can be resold again
Frequently asked questions
What happens to my ticket once I list it for resale?
The moment you list it, your ticket is temporarily voided and won't get you into the event. If someone buys it, you get a refund. If nobody does, it becomes valid again the moment you scan it at the entrance, even on the last day of the event.
How much do I get for a ticket I sell?
You get back what you actually paid: the ticket price after any discounts, without the service fee, plus the value of any active food vouchers attached to the ticket. The service fee from the original purchase is not refunded. If the ticket was free or fully discounted and has no active vouchers, there is nothing to refund.
How long does the buyer have to pay?
The buyer has 15 minutes to pay from the moment the ticket goes into their basket. If they do not pay in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the ticket goes back on offer 30 minutes after the reservation was made.
Can I withdraw a ticket from resale?
Yes, at any point, as long as nobody has bought it yet. There is one exception: while a buyer is paying for their reservation, the offer is locked. If they do not pay, it goes back on sale and you can withdraw it again. Withdrawing the offer restores the ticket to full validity.
Does the buyer get the same ticket as the original?
The buyer gets a new ticket with a new, unique QR code for the same seat at the same event. The seller's original ticket is permanently voided, so nobody can use it twice.
Can I resell a ticket I bought through resale?
Yes. A ticket bought through resale works like any other: you can list it again on the same terms.
